Yesterday the three of us got together for the first time since the trip and it was really good to talk about the trip. We came to the conclusion that it was better than any student trip we've heard of or done. Thanks again for making it all possible!

One of our members called to find out if I was alright. I have not sent out a letter in quite a while. It is not because there are no issues of interest to report, it was simply because Walter and I were preparing to go to a resort in Akumal, Mexico with members of our water aerobics class. We were there for ten days. It was the best vacation I have ever had in the most beautiful place I have ever seen. It was an opportunity that we couldn't pass up.
Walter and I went snorkeling, We went kayaking and tubing, among other things. Lydia Pontius was our leader. She designs trips like this to this area fairly often. We also visited Chichen Itza where the Myan ruins
are. We went tubing at Xel- Ha, Walter pushed me in an innertube the entire way back!
